CITIZEN X WILL ORGANIZE WRITING CONTESTS FOR JUNIOR HIGH AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS. IT WILL COORDINATE ITS EFFORTS WITH PARTICIPATING LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS, COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES. THE GOAL WILL BE TO IMPROVE THE WRITING SKILLS OF STUDENTS.
